Resumen
El siguiente artículo narra la experiencia obtenida al desarrollar el Proyecto de innovación pedagógica basado en procesos de formación en entornos virtuales en la Escuela de Secretariado Profesional de la Facultad de Ciencias Sociales de la Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica. El proceso que se llevó a cabo en el proyecto estuvo dividido en tres fases que tenían como eje fundamental la implementación de las TIC en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje, mediante la modalidad bimodal en algunos cursos de las carreras de la Administración de Oficinas y Educación Comercial que ofrece la Escuela.
The following article follows the experience obtained from the development of the Educational Innovation Project, which is based on formative processes from virtual environments on the School of Secretarial studies from the Faculty of Social Sciences of the National University of Costa Rica. The process, which took place on said project, was divided in three phases that were geared towards the implementation of TIC in the teaching and learning methods, through a bimodal modality in some of the courses present in the office administration and commercial education offered on the school.
