Resumen
El objetivo de este trabajo de tesis fue diseñar y proponer un sistema Web para que los supermercados que deseen registrarse en él puedan ofrecer sus productos, con sus precios y sus ofertas, y con la modalidad de entrega de los pedidos que escojan los clientes que hagan pedidos por medio de ese sistema. En dicho sistema los supermercados podrán ofrecer dos tipos de servicio o formas de entrega de los pedidos, que son: - Servicio a domicilio, en el que el supermercado se encarga de enviar el pedido a la dirección de la casa del cliente indicado en la solicitud. - Servicio de preparación de la canasta, en la cual el supermercado coloca los productos solicitados por el cliente para que éste se presente en el supermercado a retirarla. Cada supermercado podrá consultar en el sistema los pedidos o solicitudes que sus clientes hagan. Además, podrán consultar la información de los clientes más frecuentes y de los productos más solicitados en un determinado período, según los registros del sistema. Los clientes podrán elegir lo que requieren de una lista de productos e indicar la cantidad y las características de cada uno de ellos. Una vez hecha la lista, el usuario podrá comparar los precios de esos productos con los de otros supermercados afiliados, con el fin de determinar cuál supermercado es el que ofrece mejor precio. El usuario dispondrá de un módulo para sugerencias en el cual podrá registrar comentarios, quejas o recomendaciones para uno o más supermercados, de igual forma, el supermercado podrá hacer uso de otro módulo para referirse o dar respuesta a los planteamientos del cliente. De esa forma, el cliente podrá satisfacer sus necesidades por medio del supermercado que le ofrezca mayor variedad de productos, al menor costo y mediante el servicio de entrega que prefiera.

Once the list is made, the user will be able to compare the prices of these products with those of other affiliated supermarkets, in order to determine which supermarket offers the best price. The user will have a module for suggestions in which they can register comments, complaints or recommendations for one or more supermarkets, in the same way, the supermarket can make use of another module to refer or respond to the customer's proposals. In this way, the customer will be able to satisfy their needs through the supermarket that offers the greatest variety of products, at the lowest cost and through the delivery service they prefer.
