El servicio que brinda el Centro Don Bosco en el área de la prevención como institución de carácter educativo pastoral de frente a los riesgos sociales y familiares de los y las adolescentes y jóvenes entre 13 y 25 años del distrito de Daniel Flores del Cantón de Pérez Zeledón

Abstract

El estudio busca identificar la respuesta qué brinda el Centro Don Sosco, en el área de la prevención como institución de carácter educativo pastoral de frente a los riesgos sociales de los adolescentes y jóvenes de 13 a 25 años del Distrito de Daniel Flores del cantón de Pérez Zeledón. Buscando determinar la pertinencia de las acciones del Centro Don Sosco en el área de prevención frente a los riesgos familiares de los adolescentes y jóvenes, además del análisis de la existencia de una propuesta administrativa planificada para el logro de los objetivos del Centro Don Sosco. De acuerdo con las características que presenta este estudio se enmarca en el tipo de investigación descriptivo, ya que permite indagar el área de la prevención de frente a los riesgos sociales y familiares de los adolescentes. La información se obtuvo de las personas sujetos de estudio, con respecto a la población total, con una muestra de 355 sujetos, a los cuales se les aplico el cuestionario y la entrevista para la recopilación de los datos. De acuerdo con los resultados obtenidos, se considera el Centro Don Bosco como una institución deficiente en la prevención de frente a los riesgos sociales, a pesar del esfuerzo humanos de los Salesianos (SBD) y animadores salesianos, para trabajar específicamente con los jóvenes, no se ha logrado llegar a la población juvenil del Distrito de Daniel Flores.

The study seeks to identify the response provided by the Don Sosco Center, in the area of prevention as a pastoral educational institution in the face of the social risks of adolescents and young people from 13 to 25 years of age in the District of Daniel Flores in the canton of Perez Zeledon. Seeking to determine the relevance of the actions of the Don Sosco Center in the area of prevention against the family risks of adolescents and young people, in addition to the analysis of the existence of a planned administrative proposal for the achievement of the objectives of the Don Sosco Center. In accordance with the characteristics of this study, it is framed in the descriptive type of research, since it allows to investigate the area of prevention in the face of social and family risks of adolescents. The information was obtained from the subjects of the study, with respect to the total population, with a sample of 355 subjects, to whom the questionnaire and the interview were applied for data collection. According to the results obtained, the Don Bosco Center is considered a deficient institution in the prevention of social risks, despite the human effort of the Salesians (SBD) and Salesian animators, to work specifically with young people, it has not been able to reach the youth population of the District of Daniel Flores.
