Modelo de inducción basado en experiencia colaborador para la Escuela de Economía de la Universidad Nacional enfocado en el personal académico en el periodo de agosto hasta diciembre de 2023

Resumen
La inducción a la organización es un proceso de vital importancia para los nuevos trabajadores, conocer la misión, visión, valores y objetivos que tiene la institución para la cual van a trabajar genera en el empleado un sentido de pertenencia.
El conocimiento es poder y el empoderar al personal nuevo con información vital trae consigo satisfacción laboral, minimización de errores y mejor comunicación, razón por la cual este trabajo se enfoca en generar una propuesta de un modelo de inducción a la organización enfocado en el personal académico de la Escuela de Economía de la Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica.
Para contar con la información necesaria y proponer una herramienta que pueda facilitar el proceso de inducción al personal académico de la Escuela de Economía, se procedió de la siguiente manera:
● Se realiza una encuesta en las 11 unidades académicas que componen la Facultad de Ciencias Sociales, para corroborar si existe un proceso de inducción aplicado a esta población el cual brinde información relevante para ingresar a trabajar en la UNA, asimismo,
● Se aplica un benchmarking para conocer si las otras universidades estatales del país aplican un proceso similar al investigado en este trabajo.
● Adicionalmente se aplica una encuesta al personal académico de la Escuela para corroborar si se había recibido un proceso de inducción cuando ingresaron a su vida laboral en esta institución,
● y para finalizar de constatar la información recolectada se procede a aplicar un grupo focal, el cual permitió aclarar algunas dudas y ampliar la visión para concretar la propuesta de esta consultoría.
Todos los datos recolectados en los pasos anteriores permitieron proponer el diseño de una herramienta para agilizar el proceso de inducción a la organización del personal académico, el cual no se está brindando en la UNA en este momento.
El personal académico de la Escuela de Economía suministra información relevante para el diseño de esta propuesta: en un principio solicita que toda la información este contenida en un solo lugar para facilitar el acceso, además, se coincide en la necesidad de que la información sea digital y pueda ser utiliza por medio de la autogestión, que sea diversa, interactiva y que siempre esté actualizada.

All the data collected in the previous steps allowed us to propose the design of a tool to streamline the induction process into the organization of academic staff, which is not being provided at the UNA at this time. The academic staff of the School of Economics provides relevant information for the design of this proposal: initially they request that all the information be contained in a single place to facilitate access, in addition, they agree on the need for the information to be digital and can be used through self-management, that is diverse, interactive and always updated.
