Diagnóstico de atractivos turísticos como insumo desarrollo del turismo rural comunitario: estudio de caso de Providencia de Dota, 2023

Resumen
En este trabajo se elabora un diagnóstico de los atractivos turísticos de la comunidad Providencia de Dota, como insumo para el desarrollo de Turismo Rural Comunitario, ya que en esta comunidad el turismo se ha convertido en una actividad complementaria para las familias rurales que se dedican a trabajos en el sector primario de la economía, aún así, este cantón presenta limitaciones relacionadas con el desarrollo poco equitativo e injusto, por lo que dificulta que pequeños y medianos empresarios se vinculen con otros servicios complementarios y se ven en desventaja frente a empresarios mejor posicionados y mayor capacidad económica. Como métodos para realizar esta investigación, además del diagnóstico se utilizan Sistemas de Información Geográfica (SIG) para el ordenamiento de los datos, con esto, el tipo de investigación es cualitativa.
In this work a diagnosis of the tourist attractions of the Providencia de Dota community is elaborated, as an input for the development of Rural Community Tourism, since in this community tourism has become a complementary activity for rural families who are dedicated to work in the primary sector of the economy, even so, this canton has limitations related to the inequitable and unfair development, making it difficult for small and medium entrepreneurs to link with other complementary services and are at a disadvantage compared to better positioned entrepreneurs and greater economic capacity. As methods to carry out this research, in addition to the diagnosis, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) are used to organize the data, thus, the type of research is qualitative.
