Resumen
El presente proyecto tuvo como propósito desarrollar un acompañamiento psicosocial en
jóvenes de undécimo año del Colegio ILPPAL en la construcción de sus proyectos de
vida. Para tal fin se realizó un acercamiento al centro educativo y a la población
estudiantil, haciendo énfasis en desarrollar un espacio grupal que les permitiera a las
personas participantes articular conocimiento y acciones que facilitaran desenvolverse con
mayor autonomía en sus proyectos a futuro. Se incentivó que las y los miembros del grupo
asumieran un rol protagónico en el desarrollo de sus metas a corto, mediano y largo plazo.
El proyecto fue desarrollado bajo los referentes teóricos de la Psicología Social,
específicamente del autor Enrique Pichón-Riviere, la metodología se caracterizó por un
enfoque de tipo cualitativo y cómo método el dispositivo del grupo operativo. El proyecto
contó con tres fases (diagnóstico, formulación y ejecución) durante estas se utilizó para la
recolección de información, las siguientes técnicas: la entrevista semiestructurada, el
cuestionario, sesiones grupales y bitácoras de campo.
Entre los principales hallazgos se evidencia que el desarrollar con adolescentes un espacio
grupal para la construcción de sus proyectos de vida permitió un espacio de habla, escucha
y contención. Así mismo, le permitió a la población meta cuestionarse y generar un
análisis crítico ante situaciones relacionadas con el ámbito económico, laboral y familiar
The purpose of this project was to develop psychosocial support in eleventh-year youth of the ILPPAL College in the construction of their lifetime. Likewise, it allowed the target population to question themselves and generate a critical analysis of situations related to the economic, work and family environment
