Sistema Web integral para la automatización de la gestión administrativa y fortalecimiento de la labor social brindada por ASOCCVA

Abstract

El proyecto denominado Sistema Web integral para la automatización de la gestión administrativa y fortalecimiento de la labor social brindada por ASOCCVA, fue desarrollado por el ingeniero Jeison Jesús Vargas Miranda con el objetivo de fortalecer el desarrollo de las actividades que se realizan en esta organización, a través de la automatización de los diferentes procesos que se ejecutan. Se implementaron en total un conjunto de tres aplicaciones, todas en modalidad web. La primera permite la gestión integral de todos los procesos y centraliza la información de la organización, la segunda facilita a las personas la auto matrícula en las diferentes actividades que se realizan, y la última provee un medio para el envío digital de los datos sobre calificaciones de los estudiantes en las academias y reportes de reuniones semanales a través de un portal público. Los tres sitios son soportados por un servicio de notificaciones y envió de información mediante correo electrónico y se complementan con el uso de una serie de servicios y bases de datos centralizadas que permiten que toda la información esté disponible a través de los diferentes canales. Además, como parte del proyecto también se desarrolló un portal web informativo que permite a la organización la divulgación de temas de interés. Las aplicaciones desarrolladas han sido implementadas en la Asociación Centro Carismático Vida Abundante, logrando así una mejor gestión administrativa de los procesos que se realizan.

The project called Integral Web System for the automation of the administrative management and strengthening of the social work offered by ASOCCVA, was developed by the engineer Jeison Jesús Vargas Miranda with the objective of strengthening the development of the activities that are carried out in this organization, through the automation of the different processes that are executed. A total of three applications were implemented, all in web mode. The first one allows the integral management of all the processes and centralizes the information of the organization, the second one facilitates the self-enrollment of the people in the different activities that are carried out, and the last one provides a means for the digital sending of the data about the grades of the students in the academies and reports of weekly meetings through a public portal. All three sites are supported by an email notification and information delivery service and are complemented by the use of a number of centralized services and databases that make all information available through the different channels. In addition, as part of the project, an informative web portal was also developed to allow the organization to disseminate information on topics of interest. The applications developed have been implemented in the Association Centro Carismático Vida Abundante, achieving a better administrative management of the processes that are carried out.
