Resumen
Con la ruptura del paradigma laboral pre pandemia, y la posibilidad del trabajo remoto, las condiciones laborales han cambiado, a raíz de esa situación se genera el siguiente planteamiento ¿Existe un ambiente de bienestar y salud laboral como gestión integral en modelo de trabajo híbrido? Ante esta disyuntiva la organización desarrolla un interés genuino para valorar las condiciones actuales de sus colaboradores, evaluando todos los actores involucrados para una gestión integral del bienestar.
With the breakdown of the pre-pandemic work paradigm and the possibility of remote work, working conditions have changed. As a result of this situation, the following question arises: Is there an environment of well-being and occupational health as an integral management in a hybrid work model? Faced with this dilemma, the organization develops a genuine interest in assessing the current conditions of its collaborators, evaluating all the actors involved for an integral management of well-being.
