Propuesta para fortalecer las capacidades de las microempresas de los hogares, ante la vulnerabilidad económica causada por la pandemia de la Covid-19

Abstract

En la dinámica de la economía presente, las microempresas formadas en los hogares son negocios que nacen en el núcleo familiar, desarrollan actividades en varios sectores de la economía y son una base importante de las transacciones económicas; a su vez, destacan en la generación de empleo, participación en el desarrollo económico de un país y son una opción de subsistencia para los hogares. Este notable aporte de las microempresas de los hogares en el componente de ingresos de la economía contribuyó a que se tuviera un acercamiento a estas, con el fin de entender su funcionamiento y poder incorporarlas dentro de la medición del marco conceptual del Sistema de Cuentas Nacionales (SCN). Es propósito de esta investigación comprender el funcionamiento y las capacidades que poseen las microempresas de los hogares, que les ha permitido su desarrollo a través de la dinámica que generan al poner en marcha las actividades que conocen o aprenden; por lo que a partir del abordaje teórico planteado en la presente investigación se enfatiza en los estudios realizados por Amartya Sen en su teoría de las capacidades, permitiendo reconocer que las habilidades que poseen las personas pueden convertirse en actividades productivas, que con ello mejoran la atención de sus necesidades; no dejando de lado el aporte que puede o debe realizar Estado para mejorar sus condiciones ante los choques que se presentan en su entorno.

In the dynamics of the present economy, microenterprises formed in homes are businesses that are born in the family nucleus, develop activities in various sectors of the economy and are an important basis for economic transactions; At the same time, they stand out in the generation of employment, participation in the economic development of a country and are a subsistence option for households. This notable contribution of household microenterprises in the income component of the economy contributed to an approach to them, in order to understand their functioning and to be able to incorporate them within the measurement of the conceptual framework of the System of National Accounts ( SCN). The purpose of this research is to understand the functioning and capabilities of household microenterprises, which have allowed them to develop through the dynamics they generate by launching the activities they know or learn; Therefore, based on the theoretical approach proposed in this research, the studies carried out by Amartya Sen in his theory of capabilities are emphasized, allowing us to recognize that the skills that people possess can be converted into productive activities, which thereby improve attention. of your needs; not leaving aside the contribution that the State can or should make to improve its conditions in the face of the shocks that occur in its environment.
