Gestión educativa desde el liderazgo: el caso de la Casa Infantil 4Kids

dc.description.abstractEl propósito de esta investigación fue incorporar la gestión educativa en el quehacer organizacional de una Centro de Atención Integral (CAI) denominado Casa Infantil 4Kids, considerando que la normativa que rige este tipo de centros no visualiza que en los mismos exista esa gestión, a pesar de que su población meta son las personas de 0 a 12 años. El diseño de la investigación fue cualitativo abordado desde el paradigma sociocrítico. Para el análisis se consideraron tres categorías: gestión, liderazgo y clima organizacional; siendo las fuentes de información la normativa vinculada al tema, el personal docente y administrativo de la Casa Infantil 4Kids y de instancias vinculadas a la gestión de los CAI. Para el análisis de datos se realizó un ordenamiento y codificación de la información por fuente de información y por instrumento. Luego de este ordenamiento se realizó el análisis por categoría y subcategorías, para lo cual se utilizó una matriz de doble entrada. Se realizó un proceso de triangulación de información por categorías. Finalmente se realizó la interpretación mediante la lectura crítica de los datos obtenidos, la identificación de temas emergentes, su relación con las categorías y su vinculación con la teoría, tomando como referencia los objetivos de investigación definidos. Todos los instrumentos fueron diseñados por la investigadora. A partir de los resultados se elaboró un proyecto denominado "Fortaleciendo el liderazgo y empoderamiento de la comunidad educativa 4Kids", el cual pretende ser un insumo valioso para organizaciones similares a la Casa Infantil 4Kids, dado que reconoce la pertinencia de la gestión educativa y brinda herramientas para fortalecer el quehacer organizacional en planificación, evaluación de la calidad de los servicios y en temas de convivencia y clima organizacional. Este proyecto fue validado con el personal colaborador de la organización, así como por personas expertas en el desarrollo de procesos socioeducativos con personas adultas.es_ES
