Resumen
El documento describe cómo Nicaragua reconstruyó su sistema de bibliotecas tras desastres y conflictos, enfrentando escasez de recursos y personal. A través de la alfabetización, la capacitación de bibliotecarios y la creación de redes informativas, se logró ampliar el acceso a la información, pese a limitaciones económicas, tecnológicas y la situación de guerra.
This document describes how Nicaragua rebuilt its library system after disasters and conflicts, facing shortages of resources and personnel. Through literacy programs, librarian training, and the creation of information networks, access to information was expanded despite economic and technological limitations and the ongoing war.
