Efectividad del desarrollo de temas transversales en la integración escuela - comunidad: un estudio de casos de la Escuela Ojo de Agua

Resumen
Esta investigación tuvo como finalidad estudiar la integración escuela Ojo de Agua con la comunidad mediante la utilización de los temas transversales. El objetivo general del estudio es investigar cómo se ha integrado la escuela Ojo de Agua al desarrollo comunal, mediante los Temas Transversales. La investigación presente es bajo el paradigma cualitativo. La literatura consultada hace referencia a los conceptos propios de la temática, la coherencia entre la actuación, la inserción desarrollo de la transversalidad en el currículum, estudio cualitativo, estudio de caso, y entrevista focalizada. Esta investigación se constituyó en un estudio de caso, utilizándose la entrevista focalizada como técnica para la recolección de datos, tomando como población a 55 estudiantes, 90 padres de familia, la docente y el director de la escuela de Ojo de Agua. De ellos se seleccionó los participantes que fueron tres estudiantes, tres padres de familia, la docente y el director. Los principales resultados obtenidos muestran las estrategias utilizadas por el docente, los logros que obtuvo, la efectividad y el nivel de aceptación, al implementar los temas transversales en la escuela y comunidad de Ojo de Agua. Como producto de esto se recomienda fomentar el liderazgo en los estudiantes para que sean protagonistas y realicen proyectos relacionados con los temas transversales, realimentar las experiencias vividas en la implantación de los temas transversales con otros centros educativos, que el M.E.P elabore documentos que propicien actividades relevantes que contengan los temas transversales que se deben trabajar en las instituciones, ya que existe poco material para su aplicación. La limitación más relevante fue la poca bibliografía existente, ya que los pocos textos encontrados son reiterativos.
The purpose of this research was to study the integration of the Ojo de Agua school with the community through the use of cross-cutting themes. The general objective of the study is to investigate how the Ojo de Agua school has been integrated with the community development through the Transversal Themes. The present research is under the qualitative paradigm. The literature consulted refers to the concepts of the subject, the coherence between performance, the insertion of transversality development in the curriculum, qualitative study, case study, and focused interview. This research was constituted as a case study, using the focused interview as a technique for data collection, taking as population 55 students, 90 parents, the teacher and the principal of the Ojo de Agua school. Three students, three parents, the teacher and the principal were selected as participants. The main results obtained show the strategies used by the teacher, the achievements obtained, the effectiveness and the level of acceptance, when implementing the transversal themes in the school and community of Ojo de Agua. As a product of this, it is recommended to encourage leadership in students so that they become protagonists and carry out projects related to transversal themes, to provide feedback on the experiences lived in the implementation of transversal themes with other educational centers, that the M.E.P. elaborate documents that propitiate relevant activities that contain the transversal themes that should be worked on in the institutions, since there is little material for their application. The most relevant limitation was the lack of existing bibliography, since the few texts found are repetitive.
