Análisis de situación de la Asociación de Desarrollo Integral en la creación y gestión de Comités Tutelares en el distrito de la Uruca, San José, años 2015-2020

Abstract

La niñez y la adolescencia constituyen una de las poblaciones con mayor riesgo y vulnerabilidad en cualquier sociedad, por lo que es responsabilidad de las comunidades proteger y crear acciones para mejorar las condiciones de vida en conjunto con cada uno de los actores involucrados. El presente proyecto de investigación muestra una propuesta de análisis de la situación actual de las asociaciones de desarrollo integral del distrito de la Uruca, como un mecanismo de respuesta a la vinculación de las comunidades para velar por el cumplimiento de los derechos y deberes de la niñez y la adolescencia a través del desarrollo comunitario. Es relevante destacar que la investigación pretende dar respuesta a la interrogante planteada: ¿Cuál es la situación de la Asociación de Desarrollo Integral del distrito de la Uruca en la gestión y creación de Comités Tutelares? La investigación es un acercamiento clave a los actores de las comunidades que conforman las asociaciones del distrito de la Uruca. A partir de eso, se propone generar un análisis de la situación de las asociaciones de desarrollo y su accionar en las comunidades. Las ADIS desempeñan acciones que causan un efecto a corto plazo. Con poco presupuesto y no mitigando los problemas de su real causa, se han concentrado en atender otras situaciones para mejorar la calidad de vida y bienestar de las comunidades, generando proyectos que promuevan una seguridad básica, como vivienda y alimentación, por lo cual generar acciones de prevención, cuidado y participación ciudadana resulta un gran reto para las organizaciones de base comunitaria.Children and adolescents constitute one of the populations with the greatest risk and vulnerability in any society, so it is the responsibility of the communities to protect and create actions to improve living conditions together with each of the actors involved. From this, it is proposed to generate an analysis of the situation of development associations and their actions in the communities. The ADIS perform actions that cause a short-term effect. With a small budget and not mitigating the problems of their real cause, they have concentrated on addressing other situations to improve the quality of life and well-being of the communities, generating projects that promote basic security, such as housing and food, for which they generate actions of prevention, care and citizen participation is a great challenge for community-based organizations.
