Resumen
El presente proyecto de investigación consiste en analizar algunos de los
elementos fundamentales de la planificación y gestión organizacional en la Asociación
de Desarrollo Integral de San José de la Montaña (ADISJM), ello mediante un estudio
de caso.
Este tipo de organizaciones sociales juegan un papel importante en el desarrollo
comunal, ya que tienen la funcionalidad y alcance de generar acciones que beneficien a
las distintas comunidades. Para que las acciones propuestas sean eficientes y eficaces es
necesario que exista un adecuado proceso de planificación y gestión organizacional.
Por lo anterior, se investiga cuál es la situación respecto a estos temas dentro de
una asociación de desarrollo integral, contemplando elementos básicos de la
planificación, tales como identificación de necesidades, oportunidades y problemáticas,
formulación y ejecución de acciones, y, seguimiento y control. En cuanto a la gestión se
abarcan aspectos del comportamiento organizacional.
De modo tal, el objetivo de la investigación consiste en elaborar una propuesta
para el fortalecimiento de la planificación y la gestión organizacional de la Asociación
de Desarrollo Integral de San José de la Montaña, con el fin de generar un insumo que
permita a la organización visualizar cuales acciones pueden implementar ante la
situación actual identificada con la misma.
Por otro lado, para recolectar la información, se trabajará con los miembros de la
Junta Directiva y representantes de los comités de la asociación. Además, se utilizarán
técnicas como entrevistas, cuestionarios, grupo focal, reuniones y revisión documental,
con el propósito de identificar cómo se realizan los procesos de planificación y gestión
dentro de esta.
