Propuesta para el fortalecimiento de las capacidades comerciales de la cámara de industria, comercio y turismo de la provincia de Heredia de Costa Rica

Resumen
El comercio internacional ha variado su escenario. Los actores involucrados son cada vez
más diferentes en su naturaleza, y sus intereses se han modificado.
Es bajo este marco que se presentó la idea de una nueva aventura para la Cámara de
Industria, Comercio y Turismo de la provincia de Heredia. Una institución privada que
procura crear espacios de crecimiento comercial a sus afiliados, y que contaba con el interés
de ser partícipe del comercio internacional centroamericano, según lo mostraron sus
propios afiliados.
De esta manera es como se plantea una Red centroamericana de intercambio de
experiencias comerciales, la cual sería liderada por el equipo de la Cámara. Por medio de
ella, se procura fortalecer las capacidades comerciales de los participantes que formarán
dicha Red, enfocándose en la concepción de alianzas estratégicas con instituciones de
naturaleza similar a la Cámara herediana.
Sin embargo, previo a este gran instrumento del comercio internacional que representa
la Red, se cumplieron con una serie de pasos y herramientas: un diagnóstico comercial de
la institución, donde se incluyó un análisis de fortalezas, oportunidades, debilidades y
amenazas (FODA); luego se creó un mapeo de actores centroamericanos, a los que se les
realizó un análisis cualitativo y cuantitativo como evaluación a esos posibles aliados; por
último, se elaboró un Plan de alianzas estratégicas que facilita el acercamiento a los actores
involucrados de alto interés por parte de la Cámara, y dentro del que se incluye la Red
centroamericana de intercambio de experiencias comerciales.

This is how a Central American Network for the exchange of commercial experiences was proposed, which would be led by its own affiliate’s experiences, which would be led by the Chamber's team.
