En la obra de Jacques Derrida (1930-2004) no hay anhelo ni nostalgia por la comunidad, sino una reiterada sospecha del depósito irreflexivo de la cohabitación en la semántica comunitaria. Lo anterior remite al asedio pulsátil de la semejanza, antigua raíz teológico-política que hace prevalecer la preferencia del hermano (sí, el uso del masculino es parte del problema) cuya sangre hay que resguardar al precio de verter otra, humana o no. El filósofo argelino nos recuerda que no hay vivir juntas de modo inmediato (sin suplementos), ni espontáneo (pues no todos están presentes), sino a partir de tensiones, en particular, aquella que contrapone constitutiva pero antagónicamente las juntas (advenimientos sin anticipos, sin afinidades) a las Juntas (prótesis económico-jurídicas de toda cohabitación), dehiscencia que las posibilita y desafía perpetuamente. De ahí que el problema de la cohabitación debe ser pensado siempre al interior de sus aporías, pero en el horizonte de una promesa que toma la forma de una bella tentación: una amistad sin mundo común.
In the work of Jacques Derrida (1930-2004) there is no longing or nostalgia for the community, but a reiterated suspicion of the unreflective deposit of cohabitation in communitarian semantics. The above refers to the pulsating siege of similarity, an ancient theological-political root that makes the preference of the brother prevail (yes, the use of the masculine is part of the problem) whose blood must be safeguarded at the price of spilling another, human or otherwise. The Algerian philosopher reminds us that there is no such thing as living together immediately (without supplements), nor spontaneously (since not everyone is present), but on the basis of tensions, in particular, that which constitutively but antagonistically contrasts the joints (advent without anticipations, without affinities) with the Joints (economic-legal prostheses of all cohabitation), a dehiscence that makes them possible and perpetually challenges them. Hence the problem of cohabitation must always be thought within its aporia, but on the horizon of a promise that takes the form of a beautiful temptation: a friendship without a common world.
