Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la pre factibilidad para la elaboración y comercialización del té de jengibre con canela, por parte de un grupo de emprendedoras en la comunidad del Águila de Pejibaye de Pérez Zeledón. Estas mujeres emprendedoras provienen de la comunidad del Águila de Pejibaye, la cual geográficamente se encuentra muy alejada de Pérez Zeledón, y se caracteriza por ser una zona dependiente del cultivo de frijoles, maíz, pejibaye y palmito, siendo esto su mayor fuente de ingresos, por lo tanto presenta un nivel bajo en fuentes de empleo, contemplando su baja diversidad de empleo y desarrollo socioeconómico, lo que limita el crecimiento de la comunidad del Águila y del distrito de Pejibaye, por consiguiente, prevalece la necesidad de buscar oportunidades de crecimiento y desarrollo para los jóvenes. Enlazado con lo anterior, instituciones como el Colegio Técnico de Pejibaye, sección nocturna, incentiva a los estudiantes a desarrollar ideas innovadoras impulsando el emprendimiento en estos y obteniendo buenos proyectos. Como resultado de esto, surge la idea por tres estudiantes de crear un té a base de jengibre y canela; por su parte ambos componentes contienen diversas propiedades y beneficios para la salud. El estudio determina la pre factibilidad para la instalación de una planta procesadora y comercializadora de té de jengibre con canela, en el Águila de Pejibaye de Pérez Zeledón, haciendo un previo estudio de comercialización el mercado, para lo cual se indaga sobre el consumo habitual del jengibre y la canela a nivel local y nacional, además de una serie de indagaciones importantes por hacer para su legalización que comprende requerimientos técnicos para la producción del té de jengibre con canela, además de sus requerimientos legales y administrativos para su puesta en marcha. Es importante determinar la rentabilidad de su inversión en la planta procesadora y comercializadora de té de jengibre con canela, en la comunidad del Águila de Pejibaye, dado que de ahí se basa para su proyección. Comprendiendo la investigación realizada, se plantea cuáles son los motivos por los cuales se va a realizar el proyecto, qué se va a realizar, cómo se va a realizar y a quién va a beneficiar dicho estudio. En el caso de este proyecto se evidencia como un grupo de jóvenes a través de una pequeña oportunidad, están tratando de surgir con su idea, esto con el fin de logar obtener el mayor provecho. Como objetivos se determina aquellos que son el fin o meta que se pretende alcanzar en el proyecto, estudio o trabajo de investigación. También indica el propósito por el que se realiza el presente estudio. Definiendo como objetivo para el presente proyecto, analizar la factibilidad de elaborar y comercializar té de jengibre con canela, por parte de un grupo de emprendedoras de la comunidad del Águila de Pejibaye. Identificando, si existe mercado para la comercialización del té de canela a nivel local y nacional y a su vez evaluando la rentabilidad financiera de construir una planta procesadora y comercializadora de té de jengibre con canela, en la comunidad del Águila de Pejibaye.
The objective of this research is to determine the pre-feasibility of the elaboration and commercialization of ginger tea with cinnamon by a group of women entrepreneurs in the community of El Águila de Pejibaye in Pérez Zeledón. These women entrepreneurs come from the community of El Águila de Pejibaye, which is geographically very far from Pérez Zeledón, and is characterized by being an area dependent on the cultivation of beans, corn, pejibaye and palm heart, which is their main source of income, Therefore, it has a low level of employment sources, considering its low diversity of employment and socioeconomic development, which limits the growth of the community of El Águila and the district of Pejibaye, therefore, the need to seek opportunities for growth and development for young people prevails. Linked to the above, institutions such as the Pejibaye Technical College, evening section, encourages students to develop innovative ideas, promoting entrepreneurship in them and obtaining good projects. As a result of this, three students came up with the idea of creating a tea based on ginger and cinnamon; both components contain various properties and health benefits. The study determines the pre-feasibility for the installation of a processing and marketing plant of ginger tea with cinnamon, in El Águila de Pejibaye of Pérez Zeledón, making a previous study of the market, for which the usual consumption of ginger and cinnamon at local and national level is investigated, in addition to a series of important inquiries to be made for its legalization that includes technical requirements for the production of ginger tea with cinnamon, in addition to its legal and administrative requirements for its start-up. It is important to determine the profitability of its investment in the processing and marketing plant of ginger tea with cinnamon in the Aguila de Pejibaye community, since this is the basis for its projection. Understanding the research carried out, the reasons why the project is going to be carried out, what is going to be done, how it is going to be done and who is going to benefit from this study. In the case of this project, it is evident how a group of young people, through a small opportunity, are trying to emerge with their idea, in order to obtain the greatest benefit. The objectives are determined as those that are the end or goal to be achieved in the project, study or research work. It also indicates the purpose for which the present study is carried out. Defining as objective for the present project, to analyze the feasibility of elaborating and commercializing ginger tea with cinnamon, by a group of entrepreneurs of the Aguila de Pejibaye community.
