Resumen
Investiga la gestión administrativa-financiera de la empresa Gypsam, S.A., año 2003-2004, debido a que presenta problemas de deficiencia. Se llevo a cabo un estudio de la empresa donde se tomo en cuenta su funcionamiento, su actividad comercial y su énfasis en ventas, compras, inventarios, liderazgo y cobro. La investigación tiene un modelo de estudio descriptivo y explicativo. Asimismo, la población total está conformada por 32 colaboradores incluido el propietario. Por otra parte los instrumentos empleados fueron la entrevista, la observación y el cuestionario.
Investigates the administrative-financial management of the company Gypsam, S.A., year 2003-2004, because it presents deficiency problems. A study of the company was carried out, taking into account its operation, its commercial activity and its emphasis on sales, purchases, inventories, leadership and collection. The research has a descriptive and explanatory study model. Likewise, the total population is made up of 32 employees including the owner. On the other hand, the instruments used were the interview, observation and the questionnaire.
