Resumen
En este apartado la propuesta conceptual sobre la complejidad que ofrece la Cátedra Rolando García, se tratará el desarrollo teórico de lo que se reconoce como el estamento superior de la epistemología de la complejidad. Se refiere al nivel hipercomplejo de los sistemas que son autorreflexivos, aquellos que poseen estructuras autoorganizativas e interdependientes, con un altísimo grado de dinamismo cambiante producido por la capacidad de estos sistemas de generar interpretaciones de la realidad y la conciencia de si mismos.
In this section, the conceptual proposal on complexity offered by the Rolando García Chair will deal with the theoretical development of what is recognized as the highest level of the epistemology of complexity. It refers to the hypercomplex level of systems that are self-reflexive, those that possess self-organizing and interdependent structures, with a very high degree of changing dynamism produced by the capacity of these systems to generate interpretations of reality and self-awareness.
