Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo general: analizar la importancia que tiene para las PYMES del sector manufactura e industria del cantón de Pérez Zeledón, la elaboración de una metodología que les permita medir el clima organizacional de sus colaboradores; esto mediante una investigación de campo que facilite la medición de las diferentes variables planteadas y así lograr la obtención de resultados para emitir un criterio respecto al clima organizacional en las empresas involucradas.
Cabe destacar que para dicha investigación son tomadas en cuenta PYMES de este sector, por tanto, se requiere: identificar los principales factores que impactan el clima organizacional y las herramientas utilizadas para su medición, determinar la situación actual de la cultura, el clima organizacional y la correlación entre estas. Asimismo, se pretende describir los tipos de comunicación, motivación y liderazgo que se dan a lo interno de las PYMES, analizar la estructura y su relación con el clima organizacional presente y proponer una metodología de evaluación del clima organizacional para las PYMES del sector manufactura e industria del cantón de Pérez Zeledón.
La información obtenida, se logra plasmar en una propuesta de un instrumento que consta con siete módulos diferentes mencionados anteriormente, para tratar de contribuir al crecimiento organizacional. La propuesta será un instrumento valioso, que busca ayudar a las empresas, con el fin de mejorar el clima organizacional y los factores que lo conforman.
La investigación fue realizada por estudiantes de la carrera de administración con énfasis en gestión de recursos humanos, el cual mediante la aplicación de cuestionarios se obtuvieron los datos, se procesaron y analizaron los resultados los cuales se muestran en el presente estudio por medio de tablas o gráficos. En el capítulo IV se presenta la recopilación de datos de la investigación mediante el análisis de tablas y figuras que se generaron, en la cual se utilizaron valores relativos y absolutos basados en un índice con rango de 1 a 5, siendo el 5 un valor máximo que representa una calificación excelente para la variable analizada en el instrumento.
Los resultados obtenidos permiten detectar que las PYMES del cantón de Pérez Zeledón del sector manufactura e industria no aplican herramientas enfocadas en la medición del clima de su empresa, también se percibe de la población una calificación regular en el tema de clima organizacional.
The general objective of this research is to analyze the importance for SMEs in the manufacturing and industrial sector of the canton of Pérez Zeledón, the development of a methodology that allows them to measure the organizational climate of their employees; this through a field research that facilitates the measurement of the different variables proposed and thus obtain results to issue a criterion regarding the organizational climate in the companies involved. It should be noted that for this research SMEs of this sector are taken into account, therefore, it is required: to identify the main factors that impact the organizational climate and the tools used for its measurement, to determine the current situation of the culture, the organizational climate and the correlation between them. Also, it is intended to describe the types of communication, motivation and leadership that occur within the SMEs, to analyze the structure and its relationship with the present organizational climate and to propose a methodology for evaluating the organizational climate for SMEs in the manufacturing and industrial sector in the canton of Pérez Zeledón. The information obtained, is achieved in a proposal of an instrument that consists of seven different modules mentioned above, to try to contribute to organizational growth. The proposal will be a valuable instrument, which seeks to help companies, in order to improve the organizational climate and the factors that make it up. The research was carried out by students of the administration career with emphasis on human resources management, which through the application of questionnaires obtained the data, processed and analyzed the results which are shown in this study by means of tables or graphs. Chapter IV presents the data collection of the research through the analysis of tables and figures that were generated, in which relative and absolute values were used based on an index with a range from 1 to 5, being 5 a maximum value that represents an excellent rating for the variable analyzed in the instrument. The results obtained allow detecting that the SMEs of the canton of Pérez Zeledón in the manufacturing and industrial sector do not apply tools focused on the measurement of their company's climate; the population is also perceived to have a regular qualification on the subject of organizational climate.
