Aprovechamiento de recursos psicosociales del estudiantado de la Carrera de Psicología de la Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica parar la promoción de su salud: una propuesta desde la psicología comunitaria

Resumen
El presente proyecto se orientó a la identificación de recursos psicosociales, con
los que cuenta el estudiantado de la Escuela de Psicología de la Universidad
Nacional de Costa Rica, para potenciar su salud y autocuidado a lo largo del
proceso de formación profesional; así como a la posterior construcción e
implementación de estrategias para su aprovechamiento.
Esta propuesta surge de la necesidad sentida por parte del estudiantado de
contar con una formación profesional integral que contemple, además de la
preparación teórica y técnica, el abordaje de su subjetividad a través de espacios
en los que se trabaje la escucha, el sentido de pertenencia, las redes de apoyo, la
comunicación, el vínculo con los pares, entre otros, como aspectos que favorecen
no solo su formación sino también su salud desde una mirada integral.
Este proyecto se desarrolló en tres etapas denominadas: “Fase de Identificación”,
“Fase de Construcción” y “Fase de Implementación”, las cuales responden a cada
uno de los objetivos específicos. La primera estuvo dirigida a reconocer los
recursos psicosociales con que cuenta la población. A partir de esto, en la
segunda etapa se construyeron estrategias para su aprovechamiento, y en la
tercera y última etapa se implementaron algunas de ellas de acuerdo con su
viabilidad.ix
Se utilizaron como referentes conceptuales la Psicología Comunitaria de la Salud
y la perspectiva salutogénica, retomando, además, el enfoque de derechos
humanos y diversidad.

This proposal arises from the need felt by the student body to have comprehensive professional training that includes, in addition to the theoretical and technical preparation, approaching their subjectivity through spaces in which listening, a sense of belonging, support networks, communication, the bond with peers, among others, as aspects that favor not only their training but also their health from a comprehensive perspective. This project was developed in three stages called: "Identification Phase", "Construction Phase" and "Implementation Phase", which respond to each one of the specific objectives. The first was aimed at recognizing the psychosocial resources available to the population.
