Clima organizacional en BANACOL S.A., JAPDEVA y COSEVI : influencia de las políticas laborales, los estilos de gestión y la situación económica en el 2009

Resumen
Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo primordial Investigar la influencia de: las políticas laborales, los estilos de gestión y la situación económica., en el clima laboral de tres organizaciones dentro del marco de la situación económica que vivía Costa Rica en el 2009. Para tal efecto se escogieron tres organizaciones: una empresa privada; BANANERA COLOMBIANA S.A (BANACOL S.A), y dos instituciones del sector público; una institución autónoma; JUNTA DE ADMINISTRACION PORTUARIA Y DE DESARROLLO ECONOMICO DE LA VERTIENTE ATLÁNTICA (JAPDEVA) y una dependencia del Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Transportes; CONSEJO DE SEGURIDAD VIAL (COSEVI). En cada organización: se determinó los síntomas de temor e inseguridad que presentaban las políticas de empleo en los climas organizacionales como consecuencia de nuevas medidas adoptadas por la situación económica que vivía la organización; se Identificaron políticas introducidas de recargo de funciones y cambios de jornadas laborales que afectan indirectamente los salarios de los trabajadores; se identificaron los estilos de gestión manifiestos en ese momento bajo los conceptos teóricos del liderazgo y se investigaron los efectos que producían en el clima organizacional los cambios de producción interna y procesos de reingeniería que estaban caracterizando la situación económica actual de cada organización. Según argumentos de autores especializadas, expuestos en la investigación los anteriores factores analizados en las diversas organizaciones son elementos del clima organizacional susceptibles en las coyunturas económicas y que inciden en las relaciones de los trabajadores
The main objective of this research was to investigate the influence of: labor policies, management styles and the economic situation on the work environment of three organizations within the framework of the economic situation in Costa Rica in 2009. For this purpose, three organizations were chosen: a private company; BANANERA COLOMBIANA S.A (BANACOL S.A), and two public sector institutions; an autonomous institution; JUNTA DE ADMINISTRACION PORTUARIA Y DE DESARROLLO ECONOMICO DE LA VERTIENTE ATLÁNTICA (JAPDEVA) and a dependency of the Ministry of Public Works and Transportation; CONSEJO DE SEGURIDAD VIAL (COSEVI). In each organization: the symptoms of fear and insecurity presented by the employment policies in the organizational climates were determined as a consequence of new measures adopted by the economic situation that the organization was experiencing; introduced policies of surcharge of functions and changes in working hours that indirectly affect the workers' salaries were identified; the management styles manifested at that time under the theoretical concepts of leadership were identified and the effects produced in the organizational climate by the changes of internal production and reengineering processes that were characterizing the current economic situation of each organization were investigated. According to arguments of specialized authors, exposed in the research, the above factors analyzed in the different organizations were analyzed under the theoretical concepts of leadership.
