The research is descriptive, and the sample consisted of 10 educational administrators and 20 teachers, who were given a questionnaire to gather information. Among the notable conclusions is that most institutions do not have an educational administrator who is truly qualified to perform their job. There is a serious problem with regard to human relations, as most administrators are unable to work harmoniously in an appropriate organizational climate, resulting in low staff motivation.
