Resumen
La promoción de nuevos emprendimientos es uno de los pilares
básicos, para generar inclusión social, oportunidades laborales, innovación,
desarrollo económico y social. Universidades, como generadoras de
conocimiento, también fomentan cultura de emprendimiento, mediante
mecanismos de promoción y acompañamiento de distintas iniciativas ideadas por
personas investigadoras y estudiantes. A partir de la premisa anterior, se enmarca
el estudio sobre la pertinencia del emprendimiento en la Universidad Nacional
de Costa Rica (UNA), desde la experiencia de la estrategia institucional de
acompañamiento y formación estudiantil como plataforma académica para la
promoción de competencias o habilidades transversales de emprendimiento en
esta población. La metodología seleccionada es de tipo mixta, lo que permitió
responder a la pregunta de investigación: ¿cómo se fundamenta la pertinencia de
la estrategia institucional que facilita el emprendimiento dinámico en los
estudiantes de la UNA? El periodo de análisis de la información corresponde a
los años 2017-2020.
The promotion of new ventures is one of the basic pillars to generate social inclusion, job opportunities, innovation, economic and social development. Universities, as generators of knowledge, also foster a culture of entrepreneurship, through mechanisms of promotion and accompaniment of different initiatives devised by researchers and students. Based on the above premise, the study on the relevance of entrepreneurship at the National University of Costa Rica (UNA) is framed from the experience of the institutional strategy of student accompaniment and training as an academic platform for the promotion of transversal competencies or skills of entrepreneurship in this population. The selected methodology is of a mixed type, which made it possible to answer the research question: how is the relevance of the institutional strategy that facilitates dynamic entrepreneurship in the students of the UNA based? The period of analysis of the information corresponds to the years 2017-2020.
