This work is a preliminary study on the possibility of using plant residues as evidence in punishable acts, identifying these through foliar epidermal structures; For this, 12 localities in the center of the Central Plateau were randomly chosen, where there was a complaint of violation, in them they framed quadrants of 100 square meters, where they collected all the herbaceous species, trees or shrubs used as shade or fence, by virtue of that make up mulch or part of it. From these samples, small fragments of F.A.A leaf fragments were fixed, from which chlorophyll was extracted, they were transparent, dehydrated and stained. later drawings were made using a lucid camera.
