Resumen
Esta investigación lleva como propósito, analizar la influencia de los factores
personales, sociales y culturales en el consumo de drogas ilícitas en los y las
estudiantes de décimo año del Colegio Nocturno de Sinaí del Circuito 01 de Pérez Zeledón, durante el primer trimestre del año 2010. La investigación es de tipo descriptiva, por motivo que busca la obtención de información actual, y una descripción minuciosa de cada contexto, que permita identificar factores que influyen en el uso de las drogas ilícitas. La literatura consultada hace referencia al papel del orientador, las drogas lícitas e ilícitas, además los diferentes indicadores que incentivan a los adolescentes en el inicio del consumo de drogas ilícitas. Para registrar el proceso de sistematización se confeccionaron tres instrumentos dirigidos al personal docente y administrativo, estudiantes y padres de familia. Bajo el formato de cuestionario de respuesta cerrada, organizado de acuerdo con las tres variables propuestas. La población estuvo conformada por 123 sujetos, de los cuales 57 son estudiantes de décimo año del colegio Nocturno de Sinaí, 39 padres de familia de los estudiantes entrevistados y 27 profesionales en educación, personal docente y administrativo. Los principales resultados, muestran que la mayor influencia para que los estudiantes de décimo año del colegio Nocturno de Sinaí, consuman drogas ilícitas son los factores personales y sociales, seguido por los factores culturales. El impacto que tienen los adolescentes por medio de las relaciones personales y sociales juega un papel sumamente importante en el momento de tomar decisiones en relación con el inicio del consumo de las drogas ilícitas. Razón por la que los encargados de velar por la educación como la formación de los jóvenes debe estar atentos para que esas relaciones se desarrollen de la manera más saludable e integra de tal forma que el adolescente pueda tomar una decisión asertiva para su bienestar personal, social y cultural.
The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of personal, social, and cultural factors on the personal, social and cultural factors on the consumption of illicit drugs in tenth grade students of the students of the tenth year of the Sinai Night School of Circuit 01 of Perez Zeledon, during the first quarter of 2010. The literature consulted refers to the role of the counselor, licit and illicit drugs, as well as the different indicators that encourage adolescents to start using illicit drugs. To record the systematization process, three instruments were prepared for teachers, administrative personnel, students and parents. Under the format of a closed-response questionnaire, organized according to the three proposed variables. The population consisted of 123 subjects, of which 57 are tenth grade students of the Sinai Night School, 39 parents of the students interviewed and 27 professionals in education, teaching and administrative staff. The main results show that personal and social factors, followed by cultural factors, are the main influences for tenth grade students of the Nocturno de Sinai school to consume illicit drugs. The impact that adolescents have through personal and social relationships plays an extremely important role at the time of making decisions regarding the initiation of illicit drug use. For this reason, those responsible for the education and training of young people must be attentive to ensure that these relationships develop in the healthiest and most integrated manner so that adolescents can make an assertive decision for their personal, social and cultural well-being.
