Resumen
Analiza la planificación, la importancia de la toma de decisiones y la ejecución del Reglamento de Evaluación de los Aprendizajes y de la Normativa Interna por parte de los administradores de los Colegios Técnicos Profesionales de Corredores, Guaycará, del Colegio Académico Diurno y Nocturno de Ciudad Neilly, así como de la Región Educativa de Coto, durante el primer trimestre del curso lectivo 2002. Asimismo, se determina la relación existente entre el Reglamento de Evaluación de los Aprendizajes y la Normativa Interna de los centros educativos estudiados. El estudio es de tipo descriptivo y se realizó con una población de 68 sujetos: 4 administradores, una muestra de 12 docentes integrantes del comité de evaluación (entre ellos orientadores) y 52 docentes. Para la recopilación de la información se aplicaron tres cuestionarios, cuyos resultados fueron sometidos a un posterior análisis. Entre las conclusiones más relevantes se evidenció que los docentes aplican tanto el Reglamento de Evaluación de los Aprendizajes como la Normativa Interna en la planificación y en la toma de decisiones relacionadas con la evaluación y la conducta estudiantil. Asimismo, se constató una adecuada ejecución de dichos reglamentos.
It analyzes the planning, importance of decision-making, and implementation of the Learning Assessment Regulations and Internal Regulations by the administrators of the Technical Professional Schools of Corredores, Guaycará, the Day and Night Academic School of Ciudad Neilly, and the Educational Region of Coto during the first quarter of the 2002 school year. It also determines the relationship between the Learning Assessment Regulations and the Internal Regulations of the educational centers studied. The study is descriptive in nature and was conducted with a population of 68 subjects: four administrators, a sample of 12 teachers who are members of the assessment committee (including counselors), and 52 teachers. Three questionnaires were used to collect the information, and the results were subsequently analyzed. Among the most relevant conclusions, it was found that teachers apply both the Learning Assessment Regulations and the Internal Regulations in planning and decision-making related to assessment and student behavior. Likewise, it was found that these regulations were being properly implemented.
