La cruz como solidaridad con quienes buscan justicia en los casos de feminicidio. El caso de Solsiret (Perú)

Abstract

A partir de “la solidaridad con el dolor del mundo” como una manera de comprender la teología de la cruz planteada por Westhelle, en este trabajo se critica la exaltación de la cruz como un instrumento que ha desplazado a Jesús como fuente de toda bondad, quien fue crucificado/asesinado. Esta crítica es realizada desde el camino hecho por lxs familiares de víctimas de feminicidio en Perú, quienes sin exaltar el instrumento de muerte mantienen viva la memoria de sus hijas o hermanas exigiendo justicia al Estado. De modo concreto se analizará el caso de doña Charito y de don Carlos quienes buscan justicia ante el asesinato de su hija, Solsiret Rodríguez.

Based on "solidarity with the pain of the world" as a way of understanding the theology of the cross proposed by Westhelle, this paper criticizes the exaltation of the cross as an instrument that has displaced Jesus as the source of all good, who was crucified/murdered. This critique is made from the path taken by the relatives of victims of femicide in Peru, who, without exalting the instrument of death, keep alive the memory of their daughters or sisters by demanding justice from the state. Specifically, it analyzes the case of Doña Charito and Don Carlos, who are seeking justice for the murder of their daughter, Solsiret Rodriguez.
