Sistema de información para la carrera Informática Administrativa

Abstract

Los costarricenses a través de su historia, han tenido la capacidad de incorporarse al avance mundial adaptado a sus condiciones; con toda su trayectoria, Costa Rica no ha ignorado el desarrollo de hardware y software que se ha venido dando. Vemos como, año con año, las instituciones, tanto privadas como públicas, asignan una parte de su presupuesto para la adquisición de los mismos; junto al desarrollo de estos factores, se genera toda una cultura telemática en la que la información y su ágil manejo será el eje central, capaz de mantenernos a flote en un mundo cada vez más globalizado. Por otro lado, las universidades han logrado avanzar en el campo tecnológico, tanto para proveer a los estudiantes las herramientas necesarias en el desarrollo de su carrera, como para la atención eficiente y eficaz en todos los trámites administrativos que requieren éstos. Tal es el caso de la Escuela de Ciencias Exactas y Naturales de la Universidad Estatal a Distancia, especificamente en la carrera de Informática Administrativa, en la cual se aboca nuestro proyecto informático. El desarrollo de éste, se orienta a dar una solución que le permita ordenar y agilizar los procesos que encierra la mayoría de los trámites administrativos de esta carrera.Costa Ricans throughout their history have had the ability to join the world advance adapted to their conditions; Throughout its history, Costa Rica has not ignored the development of hardware and software that has been taking place. On the other hand, universities have managed to advance in the technological field, both to provide students with the necessary tools in the development of their career, and for efficient and effective attention in all the administrative procedures that these require. Such is the case of the School of Exact and Natural Sciences of the State Distance University, specifically in the Administrative Informatics career, in which our computer project is focused. The development of this, is oriented to provide a solution that allows you to order and streamline the processes that contain most of the administrative procedures of this career.
