Plan estratégico para la microempresa Creaciones Es-Nel, ubicada en Liberia, Guanacaste que contribuya con su posicionamiento en el mercado en el año 2025

Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como finalidad proponer un plan
estratégico que contribuya con el posicionamiento de la microempresa Creaciones Es
Nel, ubicada en Barrio La Victoria, Liberia, Guanacaste. Como parte de los objetivos
específicos, se examina los factores macro ambientales del negocio a través de un
análisis PESTEL, seguidamente se diagnostica la situación actual del emprendimiento
mediante la implementación del Modelo CANVAS, además, se elabora una propuesta
de planeación estratégica (visión, misión, valores, objetivos estratégicos, estrategias) así
como de marketing y a nivel operativo. Por último, se propone un plan de acción donde
se detalla las actividades específicas que el negocio necesita realizar, para llevar a cabo
las propuestas y estrategias dirigidas a la contribución de su posicionamiento en el
mercado.
La recolección de datos e información se realiza a través de instrumentos como:
observación, entrevista, aplicación de cuestionario a locales ubicados en el cantón de
Liberia y la revisión de material bibliográfico. Respecto de los resultados obtenidos, se
concluye la microempresa debe mejorar aspectos en su apartado administrativo,
publicidad, marketing y operativo, por ende, las estrategias son establecidas en esas
áreas.
Creaciones Es-Nel cuenta con un potencial interesante de crecimiento, pues se
identifica la fabricación de muebles rústicos puede ser un buen negocio en Guanacaste,
esto se debe a factores como el turismo y la segunda vivienda, así también a la
disponibilidad de materiales que ofrece la región y la estética que poseen este tipo de
productos, pues tienen un encanto estético capaz de atraer a locales y turistas.
The purpose of this research work is to propose a strategic plan that contributes to the positioning of the microenterprise Creaciones Es-Nel, located in Barrio La Victoria, Liberia, Guanacaste. As part of the specific objectives, the macro environmental factors of the business were examined through a PESTEL analysis. Subsequently, the current situation of the venture was diagnosed using the CANVAS Model. In addition, a strategic planning proposal (vision, mission, values, strategic objectives, strategies), as well as marketing and operational levels, was developed. Finally, an action plan was proposed, detailing the specific activities the business needs to carry out to implement the proposals and strategies aimed at contributing to its market positioning. Data and information collection were carried out through instruments such as observation, interviews, the application of a questionnaire to locals in the canton of Liberia, and the review of bibliographic material. Regarding the results obtained, it was concluded that the microenterprise needs to improve aspects in its administrative, advertising and marketing, and operational sections. Therefore, the strategies were established in these areas. Creaciones Es-Nel has interesting growth potential since it was identified that the manufacturing of rustic furniture could be a good business in Guanacaste. This is due to factors such as tourism and second homes, as well as the availability of materials offered by the region and the aesthetic appeal of these types of products, as they possess an aesthetic charm that attracts both locals and tourists.
