Resumen
Este trabajo comprende un análisis en el ámbito dominante, emergente y decadente dentro del contexto funcional en los puestos donde se desarrolla el profesional en administración de oficinas en sus diferentes áreas de actuación donde presta sus servicios. Para efecto de este estudio, la investigación se desarrolló en el departamento de Administración Regional del Tribunal de Justicia en Heredia y en la Vicerrectoría de Administración de la Universidad Nacional durante el período 2019-2020. El fin de la investigación es que por medio de la valoración de las funciones que ejecuta este profesional, se pueda determinar, a través de los casos de estudios, un panorama general de las funciones y tareas principales que desempeñan estos profesionales actualmente, así como conocer cuáles son las habilidades, destrezas y conocimientos necesarios que deben tener estos profesionales en su labor secretarial o como administradores de oficinas para el bien de la unidad o departamento en el alcance de sus objetivos. Previo al proceso de investigación, se realizó una exploración bibliográfica con la intención de desarrollar un marco teórico sustentado que orientaron los conceptos fundamentales para esta investigación, conceptos como ámbitos profesionales, áreas de actuación y funciones secretariales, el administrador de oficinas y los diversos puestos en el servicio secretarial, tanto de la UNA como en el departamento Regional del Poder Judicial.
This work includes an analysis of the dominant, emerging and declining areas within the functional context of the positions where the office administration professional works in the different areas of his or her work where he or she provides his or her services. For the purposes of this study, the research was carried out in the Regional Administration Department of the Court of Justice in Heredia and in the Vice-Rectorate of Administration of the National University during the period 2019-2020. The purpose of the research is that through the assessment of the functions performed by this professional, it is possible to determine, through the case studies, a general overview of the main functions and tasks that these professionals currently perform, as well as to know what are the necessary skills, abilities and knowledge that these professionals must have in their secretarial work or as office administrators for the good of the unit or department in the achievement of its objectives. Prior to the research process, a bibliographical exploration was carried out with the intention of developing a supported theoretical framework that guided the fundamental concepts for this research, concepts such as professional fields, areas of action and secretarial functions, the office administrator and the various positions in the secretarial service, both at UNA and in the Regional Department of the Judiciary.
