Resumen
El siguiente documento se compone de cinco capítulos, los cuales, permiten descubrir la
vinculación entre los factores de bienestar integral visto desde un aspecto de salud, por medio
del círculo de bienestar integral y la satisfacción laboral, en la empresa llamada Importadora
CONDOR Sociedad Anónima, durante el transcurso del año 2021. Se plantea la pregunta
¿Cómo se relaciona el bienestar integral con la satisfacción laboral de las personas
colaboradoras de la Importadora CONDOR SA.? Para resolver dicha interrogante, se resalta
por medio de la justificación la necesidad de la Disciplina de Orientación en los espacios
laborales desde la intervención social y la vinculación entre la persona y el entorno. Se
analizan antecedentes que marcarán la ruta a seguir, se identifican movimientos y reformas
sociales que se validan en el sector empresarial, resaltando, la influencia que Abraham
Maslow ha ejercido en dicha temática. Los propósitos planteados pretenden conocer si existe
una relación en cada uno de estos aspectos, en un primer momento verificando los elementos
de satisfacción laboral de forma individual para posteriormente reconocer los aspectos del
círculo de bienestar integral entrelazados con la pirámide de Maslow para cotejar el sentido
de bienestar integral.
