Dinámica urbana en el cantón de Curridabat en relación al desarrollo residencial de condominios en los años 2005, 2013, 2017 y 2021

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es realizar un análisis del desarrollo residencial de condominios en relación a la dinámica de la mancha urbana dentro del cantón de Curridabat, desarrollada en base de la sectorización de sus cuatro distritos, a partir del estudio de los años 2005, 2013, 2017 y 2021. Esto por medio de la sistematización de la base de datos municipal de condominios con la ayuda de una herramienta de análisis de datos espaciales, la cual contaba al iniciar el proyecto con 508 condominios. Así mismo, se realizó un análisis de la transformación de las áreas urbanas, el cual tiene como objetivo evidenciar el crecimiento, tanto de área como de construcciones, en el uso residencial de condominios del cantón, mediante la fotointerpretación de los años de estudio.The objective of this work is to perform an analysis of the residential development of condominiums in relation to the dynamics of the urban stain within the canton of Curridabat, developed on the basis of the sectorization of its four districts, from the study of the years 2005, 2013, 2017 and 2021. This was done through the systematization of the municipal database of condominiums with the help of a spatial data analysis tool, which had 508 condominiums at the beginning of the project. Likewise, an analysis of the transformation of urban areas was carried out, which aims to show the growth, both in area and construction, in the residential use of condominiums in the canton, through the photointerpretation of the years of study.
