The research analyzed the construction of citizenship in female students with physical disabilities at the Cartago Night School in relation to the Ethics, Aesthetics and Citizenship Program. For this, the experiences of the participants within the educational system were taken into account. In addition, elements such as daily life, disability and discriminatory practices that they could experience were incorporated. Regarding the methodology, we worked from a qualitative approach and the case study method. The analysis of the results was carried out through theoretical coding, which allowed to identify essential components in its citizen construction. The results of the research showed that the proposed citizenship from the Ethics, Aesthetics and Citizenship Program is studied as a homogenizing category that makes invisible the different identities present in the classroom, which ignores elements such as context, daily life or emotions of citizens. On the other hand, the need to incorporate aspects such as disability, gender and discrimination into the study of citizenship construction was identified, since they are part of this process.
