Resumen
La presente investigación se enfoca en la empresa El Mercadito, ubicada en Ciudad Neily, dedicada a la venta de carnes, frutas y verduras. Esta actividad ha propiciado un notable crecimiento en la zona, lo que motiva el análisis de los desafíos en su gestión administrativa y la necesidad de una planificación estratégica y financiera a largo plazo. Para abordar estos retos y optimizar las oportunidades de mercado, se desarrolló un plan estratégico basado en el modelo CANVAS y un plan financiero, utilizando la herramienta de Microsoft Excel. El proyecto considera aspectos clave con los que se alcanzan los objetivos propuestos, incluyendo los antecedentes de la empresa, la justificación del problema de investigación y los posibles alcances del trabajo. Se realizaron evaluaciones, tanto del mercado como financieras, para estructurar ambos planes con las características necesarias para cubrir las necesidades específicas de la organización, además de definir su misión y visión a largo plazo, y mejorar la competitividad. El análisis incluye una evaluación financiera actual, proyecciones financieras, presupuestos y control de costos, con una perspectiva detallada, con el que se propone un plan financiero efectivo para optimizar la gestión y mejorar el rendimiento de la empresa. A su vez, se evalúan estrategias de diversificación y expansión, teniendo en cuenta el contexto competitivo y las oportunidades del mercado. Por último, se aportan las conclusiones y recomendaciones como opciones de mejoras para ser aplicadas por la empresa en estudio.
The present research focuses on the company El Mercadito, located in Ciudad Neily, dedicated to the sale of meats, fruits, and vegetables. This activity has led to notable growth in the area, which motivates the analysis of the challenges in its administrative management and the need for long-term strategic and financial planning. To address these challenges and optimize market opportunities, a strategic plan based on the Canvas model and a financial plan were developed, using the Microsoft Excel tool. The project considers key aspects through which the proposed objectives are achieved, including the background of the company, the justification of the research problem, and the possible scope of the work. Evaluations were carried out, both market-based and financial, in order to structure both plans with the necessary characteristics to meet the specific needs of the organization, as well as to define its long-term mission and vision and improve competitiveness. The analysis includes a current financial evaluation, financial projections, budgets, and cost control, with a detailed perspective through which an effective financial plan is proposed to optimize management and improve the company’s performance. Likewise, diversification and expansion strategies are evaluated, taking into account the competitive context and market opportunities. Finally, conclusions and recommendations are provided as improvement options to be implemented by the company under study.
