Propuesta de formación co-curricular andragógica para la elaboración técnica de informes en la Facultad de Ciencias Sociales

Resumen
Este trabajo investigativo titulado PROPUESTA DE FORMACIÓN CO-CURRICULAR
ANDRAGÓGICA PARA LA ELABORACIÓN TÉCNICA DE INFORMES EN LA
FACULTAD DE CIENCIAS SOCIALES consiste en un análisis de la temática a partir de
referencias documentales, tanto físicas como electrónicas; una encuesta aplicada mediante
el uso de un cuestionario dirigido a estudiantes de primer nivel de las carreras de
licenciatura de todas las unidades académicas de la Facultad de Ciencias Sociales, excepto
las que ofrece la Escuela de Secretariado Profesional, debido a la naturaleza propia de su
objeto de estudio.
El interés por realizar esta investigación surgió del proceso acumulado de
experiencias, que como estudiante se adquiere, durante la carrera de Educación Comercial,
donde surgen y fluyen aprendizajes en varias áreas de estudio. Además, de la posibilidad
de evidenciar lo aprendido, la oportunidad de compartir en actividades educativas que
involucran el desarrollo profesional de estudiantes y establecer vínculos de apoyo dentro
de la misma institución: la Universidad Nacional. Estos propósitos enmarcados en un
proceso de formación complementaria o co-curricular, atendiendo la mediación desde la
perspectiva andragógica en los procesos y actividades áulicas.
El problema planteado se enfoca en conocer cuáles son las necesidades del
estudiantado de licenciatura en el periodo lectivo del II ciclo del 2017; el objetivo general
del estudio se orienta en analizar las necesidades co-curriculares del estudiantado de
licenciatura de las carreras de la Facultad de Ciencias Sociales (FCS), en cuanto al uso de
técnicas de digitación en la presentación electrónica de documentos formales, para el
planteamiento de una propuesta didáctica de apoyo a su formación universitaria. Con
respecto al problema, objetivos y variables del estudio, se realimentan a partir de la lectura
de documentación actualizada, con ayuda de la herramienta de Internet; de la experiencia
del trabajo de campo, que la autora considera como fuente indispensable para concluir con
evidencias válidas para elaborar una propuesta de módulos didácticos bajo la modalidad
semipresencial y realizar una prueba piloto con un grupo de estudiantes para comprobar su
efectividad. A pesar de que la recolección de información en este estudio investigativo se
realiza en el 2017, por diferentes razones e imprevistos, la validación con un grupo de
estudiantes se lleva a cabo en los meses de agosto a noviembre 2019
This investigative work entitled CO-CURRICULAR TRAINING PROPOSAL ANDRAGOGIC FOR THE TECHNICAL PREPARATION OF REPORTS IN THE FACULTY OF SOCIAL SCIENCES consists of an analysis of the subject from documentary references, both physical and electronic; a survey applied through the use of a questionnaire aimed at first-level students of the careers of degree from all academic units of the Faculty of Social Sciences, except those offered by the Escuela de Secretariado Profesional, due to the nature of its object of study. The interest in conducting this research arose from the accumulated process of experiences, that as a student is acquired, during the career of Business Education, where learning arises and flows in various areas of study. In addition to the possibility to demonstrate what has been learned, the opportunity to share in educational activities that involve the professional development of students and establish supportive links within from the same institution: the National University. These purposes framed in a complementary or co-curricular training process, attending the mediation from the Andragogical perspective in classroom processes and activities. The problem raised focuses on knowing what the needs of the undergraduate students in the second cycle of 2017; the general objective The study is aimed at analyzing the co-curricular needs of the student body of degree in the careers of the Faculty of Social Sciences (FCS), regarding the use of fingering techniques in the electronic filing of formal documents, for the approach to a didactic proposal to support their university education. With Regarding the problem, objectives and variables of the study, they are fed back from the reading updated documentation, with the help of the Internet tool; of the experience fieldwork, which the author considers an indispensable source to conclude with valid evidences to elaborate a proposal of didactic modules under the modality blended and carry out a pilot test with a group of students to check their effectiveness. Although the collection of information in this research study is carried out in 2017, for different reasons and unforeseen events, the validation with a group of students takes place in the months of August to November 2019
