Resumen
El presente informe de tesis tiene como objetivo principal analizar la incidencia de los factores humanos, contextuales y tecnológicos del clima organizacional, en el desempeño laboral de las y los docentes y los directores que trabajan en las escuelas La Angostura y Lourdes, durante el primer trimestre del año lectivo 2005. Este trabajo trata de una investigación descriptiva, enfatizada en un enfoque cuantitativo. La literatura consultada enfoca temas relacionados con el problema investigado. Se denotan los procedimientos metodológicos utilizados para este trabajo. Las variables son: Incidencia de los Factores Humanos, Incidencia de los Factores Contextuales y la Incidencia de los Factores Tecnológicos del Clima Organizacional, en el desempeño laboral de las y los docentes y directores en estudio. La población estuvo conformada por docentes y directores de las escuelas: La Angostura y Lourdes, de la Dirección Regional de Pérez Zeledón. Se utilizó un cuestionario dividido en tres partes, que se aplicó a los y las docentes y directores de ambas instituciones, esto para recabar información del problema. El análisis de los datos se realizó por variables, de acuerdo a la información presentada en cuadros y gráficos. Las conclusiones proyectan la incidencia que tienen los factores humanos, contextuales y tecnológicos del clima organizacional, en el desempeño laboral de las y los docentes y directores. Las recomendaciones están dirigidas para las y los docentes y directores de los Centros Educativos, la Universidad Nacional, Dirección Regional y el Ministerio de Educación Pública. Gracias a la bibliografía consultada se pudo realizar el presente estudio. Se presentan por último los anexos que consisten en: la propuesta "Mejoramiento del Clima Organizacional en los Centros Educativos", los instrumentos que se utilizaron para la recolección de la información y las cartas de los lectores de esta investigación.
