Resumen
Esta ponencia presenta una selección de resultados obtenidos en procesos de investigación desarrollados en la Universidad Nacional y la Universidad de Costa Rica en el período 2022-2024. Este esfuerzo colaborativo ha permitido reunir experiencias de jóvenes escolares en Lepanto-Puntarenas y Frailes de Desamparados: localidades rurales del territorio nacional costarricense. Este proceso de investigación ha permitido el abordaje de la compleja intersección de desigualdades en contextos concretos cuya perspectiva analítica ha sido la interseccionalidad. Asimismo, la participación de personas jóvenes se ha nutrido con las vivencias, experiencias y sentires en el contexto educativo, lo cual se ha logrado por el desarrollo de talleres participativos de fotovoz. El documento realiza el análisis con respecto a: i) la interseccionalidad y la educación rural; ii) la desigualdad socioeconómica (como la más tradicional); iii) políticas de alcance nacional (para aportar a la superación de la desigualdad socioeconómica), iv) las estrategias concretas de inclusión educativa según la voz de personas jóvenes escolares y v) el balance analítico de regreso a la interseccionalidad.
This paper presents a selection of research results from the National University and the University of Costa Rica from 2022 to 2024. This collaborative effort has allowed for the gathering of experiences from young schoolchildren in Lepanto-Puntarenas and Frailes de Desamparados, rural communities in Costa Rica. This research process has allowed for the approach to the complex intersection of inequalities in specific contexts, using intersectionality as an analytical perspective. Likewise, the participation of young people has been informed by their experiences and feelings in the educational context, which has been achieved through the development of participatory photovoice workshops. The document analyzes: i) intersectionality and rural education; ii) socioeconomic inequality (as the most traditional); iii) national policies (to contribute to overcoming socioeconomic inequality), iv) specific strategies for educational inclusion according to the voice of young schoolchildren and v) the analytical balance of the return to intersectionality.
