Resumen
El proyecto de investigación “Tendencias y desafíos de la administración educativa
costarricense” pretende indagar sobre los cambios estructurales que están teniendo lugar en las
comunidades educativas en los ámbitos rural, urbano y comunidades en situación de vulnerabilidad social, y que guardan estrecha relación con la administración educativa en los últimos diez años, a partir del estudio de cada contexto. En este documento se presentan los rasgos generales del proyecto -objetivos y enfoque metodológico-, así como la primera y segunda fase del desarrollo, correspondiente a la revisión bibliográfica, las principales conclusiones en referencia a las políticas educativas en la región centroamericana y el proceso de construcción de un cuestionario destinado al colectivo docente.
This article investigates the underlying structural changes in school administration and curriculum that currently affects schools in both urban and rural settings including poorer, more marginalized communities. Upon analyzing each social context, it was perceived the aforementioned changes were closely associated with school administration practices dating back to the last ten years. The article presents a general overview and methodological focus, a bibliographic review during the first and second stage of the project. The main conclusions refer to educational policies in Central America and the a questionnaire that is being developed for teachers.
