Juegos postmodernos en Baby Boom en el paraíso de Ana Istarú

Abstract

En la búsqueda de manifestaciones postmodernas en el teatro, existe una fuerte tendencia a referirse a los elementos de puestas en escena en las cuales la palabra pierde terreno significativo, o como lo pone Fernando de Toro se da "el reemplazo del lenguaje lingüístico por el de la imagen" (1992: 159). Sin embargo, es importante también prestar atención a la presencia de rasgos postmodernos, en la obra dramática y eso es lo que haremos en este trabajo.In the search for postmodern manifestations in theater, there is a strong tendency to refer to elements of staging in which words lose significant ground, or as Fernando de Toro puts it, "the replacement of linguistic language by that of the image" (1992: 159). However, it is also important to pay attention to the presence of postmodern features in dramatic works, and this is what we will do in this work.
