Tópicos del Humanismo #49 Centroamérica hacia el Siglo XXI y Sujeto, Libertad y Placer en la Ciencia Ficción Científica

Abstract

En esta ocasión este tópico presenta el tema de la ciencia-ficción una nueva dimensión en las disciplinas de las ciencias sociales para descubrir a los sujetos en su importancia humana, en el paradigma de la ciencia, la racionalidad occidental como foco de atención sobre los problemas de una sociedad en que la libertad es importante al sujeto integrado en los modelos de las sociedades no igualitarias, en la búsqueda incesante del yo profundo que inaugura la Modernidad, el sujeto y la libertad son polos contradictorios que nos llevan a reflexionar sobre el humanismo deseado, para realizar una meditación sobre la ciencia y el futuro. En otro aspecto, la valoración de la historia centroamericana tiene sus nuevos motivos para destacar las coyunturas históricas que han forzado a nuestros países al cambio social empujados por la radical transformación de la creciente globalización mundial. La construcción de un ideario para los pensadores actuales es urgente como tarea, esto señala un interés necesario en el compromiso y la libertad propia de los humanistas.On this occasion this topic presents the theme of science fiction a new dimension in the disciplines of the social sciences to discover the subjects in their human importance, in the paradigm of science, western rationality as a focus of attention on the problems of a society in which freedom is important to the subject integrated in the models of non-egalitarian societies, in the incessant search for the deep self that inaugurates Modernity, the subject and freedom are contradictory poles that lead us to reflect on the desired humanism, to make a meditation on science and the future. In another aspect, the valuation of Central American history has its new motives to highlight the historical conjunctures that have forced our countries to the social change pushed by the radical transformation of the growing world globalization. The construction of an ideology for today's thinkers is an urgent task, which points to a necessary interest in the commitment and freedom proper to humanists.
