dc.description.abstract El presente trabajo de investigación denominado, Análisis de los mecanismos de retención del personal para la implementación de la mejora continua de la empresa Theragenics Costa Rica Ltda., durante el año 2023 y primer semestre 2024, la cual se encuentra ubicada en la Zona Franca El Coyol, en la provincia de Alajuela, Costa Rica. Realizado por los investigadores: Daniela Masís Salazar, Priscilla Rebeca Oviedo Rodríguez, Luis Fernando Román Barrantes y Johan Andrey Smith Ordoñez, y para la cual se planteó la interrogante: ¿Cómo son los mecanismos de retención del personal de Theragenics Costa Rica Ltda., para la implementación de la mejora continua, durante el año 2023 y primer semestre 2024? En la investigación el problema identificado está dirigido a la retención del personal de la empresa Theragenics Costa Rica Ltda. Se procede al planteamiento del objetivo general, analizar los mecanismos de retención de personal de la empresa Theragenics Costa Rica Ltda., para la implementación de la mejora continua del departamento de Recursos Humanos, durante el año 2023 y primer semestre 2024, y tres objetivos específicos: Verificar la existencia de incentivos laborales que utiliza la empresa Theragenics Costa Rica Ltda., para la fidelización del personal, durante el año 2023 y primer semestre 2024. Valorar las condiciones laborales, que brinda la empresa Theragenics Costa Rica Ltda., para la satisfacción de los colaboradores, durante el año 2023 y primer semestre 2024.Identificar los programas con los que cuenta la empresa Theragenics Costa Rica Ltda., con respecto a formación y desarrollo laboral, para el crecimiento profesional de los colaboradores, durante el año 2023 y primer semestre 2024. El modelo de análisis de la investigación abarca la conceptualización, operacionalización de las variables, así como un esquema de las relaciones e interrelaciones, con el fin de visualizar la unión de las variables y demás componentes.
The present research work called, Analysis of staff retention mechanisms for the implementation of continuous improvement of the company Theragenics Costa Rica Ltda., during the year 2023 and the first semester of 2024, which is located in the El Coyol Free Trade Zone, in the province of Alajuela, Costa Rica. Carried out by the researchers: Daniela Masís Salazar, Priscilla Rebeca Oviedo Rodríguez, Luis Fernando Román Barrantes and Johan Andrey Smith Ordoñez, and for which the question was raised: What are the staff retention mechanisms of Theragenics Costa Rica Ltda., for the implementation of continuous improvement, during the year 2023 and the first semester of 2024? In the investigation, the identified problem is aimed at staff retention at the company Theragenics Costa Rica Ltda. The general objective is raised, to analyze the staff retention mechanisms of the company Theragenics Costa Rica Ltda., for the implementation of continuous improvement of the Human Resources department, during the year 2023 and the first half of 2024, and three specific objectives: Verify the existence of labor incentives used by the company Theragenics Costa Rica Ltda., for staff loyalty, during the year 2023 and the first half of 2024. Assess the working conditions provided by the company Theragenics Costa Rica Ltda., for the satisfaction of employees, during the year 2023 and the first half of 2024. Identify the programs that the company Theragenics Costa Rica Ltda. has, regarding training and job development, for the professional growth of employees, during the year 2023 and the first half of 2024. The research analysis model It includes the conceptualization, operationalization of the variables, as well as a diagram of the relationships and interrelations, in order to visualize the union of the variables and other components.
