Sistema de información para el soporte para decisiones gerenciales

Abstract

La Cooperativa Victoria R.L, tiene una gran cantidad de información en operación y ha visto la necesidad de mejorar su proceso de toma de decisiones a través de un sistema de información gerencial, A través de este proyecto se desarrollará, dicho software cuyo objetivo será el brindar soporte para la toma de decisiones gerenciales en esta importante cooperativa, la cual fue la primera en fundarse en nuestro país. En este documento se incluye, en los antecedentes, una breve explicación, de la empresa, su ubicación, cómo está organizada, qué produce y quiénes son sus dueños, Posteriormente se presenta una justificación del proyecto exponiendo la problemática empresarial y su situación actual. Para finalizar, en la primera parte, se plantean los aspectos en los cuales se fundamenta el proyecto relacionados con la tecnología de informaciónThe Victoria R.L Cooperative has a large amount of information in operation and has seen the need to improve its decision-making process through a management information system.
