Resumen
La presente investigación utiliza los conceptos de Cadena Global del Producto,
Competitividad Sistémica, Estrategia Competitiva y Ventaja Competitiva
Nacional para determinar el estado actual de los determinantes de la
competitividad dentro de la Cadena Global de Queso. El trabajo, conduce al
planteamiento de lineamientos sectoriales que mejoren la competitividad de las
empresas productoras de queso.
El análisis de Cadena determinará la estructura de insumo—producto, la
ubicación geográfica, la dimensión institucional y la fuerza orientadora de los
agentes productores de queso. Su comprensión abre un espacio de análisis y
detalle que ayuda, a quienes están insertos en la dinámica empresarial, a
comprender mejor la realidad de su actividad.
Posteriormente, la búsqueda de un análisis sistémico conduce al estudio de los
determinantes de los niveles micro y meso, fundamentalmente, tomando en
cuenta la dinámica macro y meta. En este sentido, la investigación tiene su foco
de análisis en los determinantes de la estrategia competitiva y la ventaja
competitiva nacional, planteados por Porter.
Finalmente, el trabajo propone algunos lineamientos sectoriales, para incentivar
la competitividad, que toman en cuenta la valoración final de las principales
fortalezas y debilidades de los niveles micro y meso, así como la estructura del
sector.
The present research uses the concept of Global Commodity Chain (GCC), Systematic Competition, Competitive Strategy and Competitive National Advantage to determine the present state of the determiner of competition in the Global Cheese Chain. The research leads to the planning of sectarian guidelines that improve the competition of the producer enterprises of cheese. The analysis of the GCC will determine the input-output structure, the territoriality, the institutional dimension and the governance structure of the agent producer of cheese. Its comprehension opens an analysis space and detail to those inserted in the enterprise dynamic to understand better the reality of their activity. Later, the search of a systematic analysis leads to the study of the determinants of the micro and meso levels, fundamentally, taking into account the macro and meta dynamic. In this sense, the research focuses its analysis in the determinants of the competitive strategy and the competitive national advantage pointed by Porter. Finally, the study proposes some sectarian guidelines to incentive the competition which take into account the final value of the strengthnes and weaknesses of the micro and meso levels as well as the structure of the sector.
