Estrategias motivacionales, factores ambientales y pedagógicos que permiten el desarrollo adecuado de la clase, con alumnos del II ciclo de la Escuela San Andrés, circuito 01, Región Educativa Pérez Zeledón, 2009.

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como propósito analizar las estrategias motivacionales, factores ambientales y pedagógicos que permiten el desarrollo adecuado de la clase, con alumnos del segundo ciclo de la Escuela San Andrés. La investigación responde al tipo descriptivo y bajo el paradigma cualitativo, utilizando el enfoque etnográfico educativo. La literatura consultada muestra una referencia sobre la motivación, proceso y clima motivación, teorías de la motivación, la familia y los tipos de ésta, la familia en proceso de aprendizaje, funciones de la familia, sus valores, creación y estilos de ambientes de aprendizajes, teorías del aprendizaje, metodologías de aprendizaje, normas y valores, conductas disruptivos, relaciones interpersonales en el desarrollo del individuo y el comportamiento social de grupos, así como el estudio cualitativo y la investigación descriptiva. Para registrar el proceso de sistematización se diseñaron cuatro entrevistas en profundidad dirigidas al director del centro educativo Escuela San Andrés, tres docentes, doce alumnos y los padres de familia de esos estudiantes, y una guía de observación para los docentes cuando imparten las lecciones. Los principales resultados muestran que los niños tienen un alto grado de motivación, un buen comportamiento, sus padres son un apoyo y que el entorno en el que se encuentra la escuela es favorable para el desarrollo de éstos. Las conclusiones indican que el entorno social en el que viven actualmente los niños de la Escuela San Andrés influye de manera positiva en el comportamiento escolar y social de los niños. Se recomienda a los docentes y padres de familia seguir brindando apoyo sus alumnos e hijos para incrementar la motivación en cada uno de ellos; así como la implementación de estrategias en pro de favorecer el desarrollo integral de los niños, tanto en la escuela como en el hogar.The purpose of this research was to analyze the motivational strategies, environmental and pedagogical factors that allow the adequate development of the class with students of the second cycle of the San Andrés School. The research responds to the descriptive type and under the qualitative paradigm, using the educational ethnographic approach. The literature consulted shows a reference on motivation, motivation process and climate, motivation theories, the family and its types, the family in the learning process, family functions, its values, creation and styles of learning environments, learning theories, learning methodologies, norms and values, disruptive behaviors, interpersonal relationships in the development of the individual and the social behavior of groups, as well as the qualitative study and descriptive research. To record the systematization process, four in-depth interviews were designed for the director of the educational center Escuela San Andrés, three teachers, twelve students and the parents of those students, and an observation guide for the teachers when they teach the lessons. The main results show that the children have a high degree of motivation, good behavior, their parents are supportive and that the environment in which the school is located is favorable for their development. The conclusions indicate that the social environment in which the children of the San Andrés School currently live has a positive influence on the children's school and social behavior. It is recommended that teachers and parents continue to provide support to their students and children to increase motivation in each of them, as well as the implementation of strategies to promote the integral development of children, both at school and at home.
