Resumen
El presente estudio analiza la influencia de las relaciones interpersonales entre la dirección escolar y los organismos de apoyo en la escuela La Ceniza, ubicada en Pérez Zeledón. Asimismo, se pretende determinar el rol que desempeñan los organismos de apoyo en la administración escolar, así como identificar las estrategias administrativas implementadas por la institución en relación con dichos órganos. La investigación se desarrolla bajo un enfoque descriptivo, con un diseño metodológico de tipo cuantitativo–cualitativo. La muestra estuvo conformada por 30 padres de familia, 10 integrantes de los organismos de apoyo y la directora de la institución, a los cuales se le aplico 4 instrumentos de recopilación de datos para el análisis posterior de los datos. Los resultados permiten concluir que en la escuela La Ceniza existen relaciones interpersonales favorables entre la directora, los organismos de apoyo y los padres de familia. Asimismo, se evidencia que la Junta de Educación y el Patronato Escolar cumplen adecuadamente con las funciones que les corresponden. Finalmente, se determina que la directora de la institución aplica estrategias administrativas efectivas para fortalecer las relaciones interpersonales con los organismos de apoyo.
This study analyzes the influence of interpersonal relationships between school management and support organizations at La Ceniza School, located in Pérez Zeledón. It also aims to determine the role played by support organizations in school administration and to identify the administrative strategies implemented by the institution in relation to these bodies. The research is conducted using a descriptive approach, with a quantitative-qualitative methodological design. The sample consisted of 30 parents, 10 members of support organizations, and the school principal, who were asked to complete four data collection instruments for subsequent data analysis. The results allow us to conclude that at La Ceniza School there are favorable interpersonal relationships between the principal, the support organizations, and the parents. Likewise, it is evident that the Board of Education and the School Board adequately fulfill their respective functions. Finally, it is determined that the principal of the institution applies effective administrative strategies to strengthen interpersonal relationships with support organizations.
