The first was a diagnostic test, the second six laboratory reports, the third a table to evaluate daily work, the fourth six short tests applied prior to laboratory practice, the fifth a comprehensive test and the sixth a test to evaluate learning. The data analysis was carried out depending on each instrument. The data were analyzed and interpreted by means of tables and graphs. Among the most important conclusions, the following stand out: The use of a demonstration technique appropriate to the subject influences learning and learning performance, the use of demonstrations makes the class more attractive and interesting for students, generating an increase in interest and participation. research conducted.
