Acoso laboral : el reconocimiento y el desprecio en el ámbito de trabajo

Abstract

En este artículo se busca problematizar las implicaciones éticas que tiene el acoso laboral analizando, por un lado, el papel que juega el trabajo y la relación con otros en la constitución subjetiva y la salud mental, y, por otro, sus implicaciones en la construcción de una eticidad colectiva a partir del reconocimiento o el desprecio de sus integrantes. Para ello se utilizan los aportes de la psicodinámica del trabajo de Christophe Dejours, y la teoría del reconocimiento de Axel Honneth que permiten aplicar un marco de análisis comprensivo de este fenómeno.

This article seeks to problematize the ethical implications of workplace harassment by analyz-ing, on the one hand, the role played by work and the relationship with others in the subjective constitution and mental health, and on the other, its implications in the construction of a collec-tive ethnicity. from the recognition or contempt of its members.
