Condiciones ergonómicas y ambientales existentes en las oficinas centrales del Fondo de Beneficio Social de la Universidad Nacional

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como propósito describir y analizar las condiciones ergonómicas y ambientales existentes en las instalaciones del Fondo de Beneficio Social, y determinar si las mismas pueden estar incidiendo en la salud y bienestar de sus colaboradores. Para tal efecto, se consideran como variables de investigación la Administrativa, Legal, Ergonomía y Condiciones Ambientales. El trabajo de investigación consta de cinco capítulos, en el primero de ellos se describen los aspectos metodológicos utilizados para desarrollar el mismo, el marco referencial permite conocer la naturaleza y funcionamiento del Fondo de Beneficio Social, el marco teórico sirve de sustento para realizar el análisis y emitir algunas conclusiones y recomendaciones de las situaciones encontradas.

The purpose of this research study is to describe and analyze the ergonomic and environmental conditions at the Social Welfare Fund’s facilities and to determine whether these conditions may be affecting the health and well-being of its employees. To this end, the research variables considered are administrative, legal, ergonomic, and environmental conditions. The research study consists of five chapters. The first chapter describes the methodological aspects used to conduct the study; the reference framework provides insight into the nature and operations of the Social Benefit Fund; and the theoretical framework serves as the basis for conducting the analysis and drawing conclusions and recommendations regarding the situations identified.
