Resumen
La guía didáctica llamada “Elaboración de una guía didáctica para la concientización de los adolescentes sobre la fatiga mental por el uso recurrente de los Smartphones por medio de actividades físico-recreativas” tiene como principal objetivo diseñar una guía didáctica para la concientización por medio de actividades físico-recreativas sobre el uso recurrente de los Smartphones y sus efectos en la fatiga mental de los adolescentes. Se creó por medio de la plataforma CANVA® y cuenta con 4 apartados informativos los mismos son definición de conceptos importantes, la importancia de las actividades físico-recreativas, los riesgos del uso desmedido de smartphone y un apartado dirigido a las actividades físico-recreativas dirigidas para los adolescentes. El uso excesivo de los smartphones ha generado grandes cambios en la salud del adolescente perjudicándola, desde su estado físico, emocional hasta cognitivamente, por ello, la guía didáctica busca concientizar sobre estos efectos promoviendo actividades más saludables como alternativa del uso del tiempo libre de los adolescentes, a su vez, la guía fue realizada de tal manera que pueda ser utilizada por educadores, adolescentes, familiares o en convivios sociales.
The main objective of the didactic guide called “Elaboration of a didactic guide to raise awareness among adolescents about mental fatigue due to the recurrent use of Smartphones through physical-recreational activities” is to design a didactic guide to raise awareness through physical-recreational activities about the recurrent use of Smartphones and its effects on mental fatigue among adolescents. It was created through the CANVA® platform and has 4 informative sections which are the definition of important concepts, the importance of physical-recreational activities, the risks of excessive use of smartphones and a section aimed at physical-recreational activities for adolescents. The excessive use of smartphones has generated great changes in the health of adolescents, harming them, from their physical, emotional and cognitive state, therefore, the didactic guide seeks to raise awareness of these effects by promoting healthier activities as an alternative use of adolescents' free time, in turn, the guide was designed in such a way that it can be used by educators, adolescents, family members or in social gatherings.
